BASIC FIRE TRAINING

● We at Elite give a basic fire fighting training to our guards before they are posted to the site.
● Classification of Fire
● Action to be taken on spotting fire.

RECRUITMENT QUALIFICATION STANDARDS FOR GUARDS

● Minimum 10th Pass
● Preferably 5’6” tall
● Knowing English, Hindi, and workable Telugu
● Background verification should be clear
● Guards from UP, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, and West Bengal are preferred
● Age limit up to 45 years for Guards and 40 years for Supervisors
● Guards with experience are preferred
● Two days training will be given in our office before posting them to the unit

Highly trained and skilled in managing fire emergencies and disaster response situations with quick decision-making and strategic execution.
Post retirement, served as Operations Manager at Sri Sai Security Services, successfully leading and supervising security operations.
Further contributed as General Manager at Sri Manasa Securities, overseeing overall security management and organizational growth.
Brings strong leadership, crisis management skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and security.

BRIG H BHASKER (Retd) Advisor / Group CEO

Served in the Indian Army for over 32 years, holding key command, staff, and instructional appointments with distinguished service.
Extensive expertise in counter-insurgency and anti-terrorist operations with strong leadership in high-risk security environments.
Former Chief Security Advisor at Bank of India and served as Deputy General Manager (Security) at Syndicate Bank, leading critical security functions.
Chaired the RBI-appointed committee on banking security in Greater Mumbai following the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks and contributed to multiple RBI and IBA security initiatives.
Professionally qualified with an M.Sc. in Military Science from Madras University and trained at the Defence Services Staff College.
Internationally trained in Counter Terrorism and Security Management at Barlev Institute, Herzliya, Israel.
